Dubai holidays provided an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall quality of the trip could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but some of the attractions were underwhelming. The highlight of the trip was the desert safari and dune bashing. Overall, it was an okay experience.
