I am a CUSTOMER of Hte global schweiz sa and I have used their services multiple times. I must say that the overall experience has been average. The website is user-friendly and the customer service is prompt in responding to queries. However, the delivery time can be improved. There were a couple of instances where my order was delayed. I hope they work on this aspect to provide a better service. Overall, I would rate them as average.
