i am an international person having lived in many countries throughout the world,i spent many years and plenty of money trying to avoid any problems in australia a country i love,this firm for me was the total pitts,i was passed on delay after delay,then mail sent to totally wrong places,accountants thinking they are way to big to talk to you,no communication,just a nigtmare,with heaps off faceless people,a big kick to the kirb from me.
