I have been a customer of Arc2 intertainment for a few years now and I have to say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the selection of games is decent. However, there have been times when the servers were slow and it took a while to connect to the game I wanted to play. Overall, it's an okay service but there is definitely room for improvement.
