There is not a single thing that would make me come back here. When we purchased the car, they tried to change terms of the buying agreement by making the "free" oil change package a $300 add on.

Later, when bringing the car in, they told us they did the oil change and never did. It took 3 calls to replace parts on multiple occasions, and Southwest Hyundai never told us that the parts were in.

We contacted SW Hyundai expressing our concerns and were told that they had a new service manager that would be in contact with us. Surprise surprise, they never called us. We love our car but will never do business with SW Hyundai again.
