I had a not-so-great experience with planetexpress.com. The package I received was damaged, and it took a while to get a response from their customer service team. When I finally got in touch with them, they offered a replacement but did not cover the return shipping fees. It was quite frustrating, and I expected better customer support from them. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
