Perhaps I shouldn t expect much. Perhaps they are ...

Perhaps I shouldn t expect much. Perhaps they are too busy.

But I have had issues each time going to Rice.

THE GOOD:. I do like the new Uber alliance to help me get home that they pay for. That s great.

I like the expert mechanics at a technical level.

But!!

THE BAD:

It seems like they are taking on more cars than they can handle. Both times I ve had to wait for my car AFTER they said I was ready when I got there.

It seems there is a disconnect between the customer liaison in the service department and the cashier. Both times I have used coupons and the cashier didn t know what I was talking about thus having me being overcharged twice; both visits.

This last time I had to wait 45 minutes to get my alignment print out (included in the travel coupon package)

With this being said, it might be more practical to go to joes mechanic down the street just to save me time.
