I've had a mixed experience with Giltwood Antiques. While their website is easy to use and their delivery was prompt, the quality of the antique piece I purchased was not up to par. It had some noticeable damage and needed repairs. Customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, though, and they offered me a partial refund. Overall, it was an average experience.
