We hired an HR consulting group and had a mixed experience. While they were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights into HR best practices, their communication was lacking. It often took days to receive a response to our queries, causing delays in implementing necessary changes. This lack of promptness and engagement affected our overall satisfaction with their services. Improvement in communication is needed.
