As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with Ralph A. Hiller Co. While the product quality was great, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiries and the issue I had was not fully resolved. However, I must acknowledge that the products themselves were excellent and met my expectations.
