I had an average experience with Phoenix Software. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt in responding to my queries. However, I felt that the overall user interface could be more intuitive. The software itself performed decently but lacked some advanced features that I was looking for. Overall, I would rate Phoenix Software as average.
