The experience with Novelics has been a mixed bag. While I appreciate the efforts put into their website, Novelics.com, to make information easily accessible, there are areas where they fall short. The customer service was satisfactory, but I expected better response times. Overall, I would say Novelics is a decent company, but improvements can be made.
