Flourish is a Career spoiler for any job seeker. Unfortunately, I worked with them but left them in 1 and half months time. Few points I would like to share -

1. Average tenure of an employee would be 1.5 months.
2. Actual office timings are 9.30 AM to 11.30 PM
3. HR department spies on every employee. You will get a warning letter if you access Naukri even from your home.
4. No leaves are approved
5. Mandatory to come to office for full time on Festivals like Holi, Uttarayan etc.
6. Salary date is 7 but soon salary will come too late
7. High level of politics from old employees like Neel Shah, Dheeraj Parikh
8. 99% employees regret their decision after joining and start looking for another job just after joining.
9. 4 out of 5 varients have buffalo milk but which they buy from third party but claim that their milk from their own farm. Company lies to their customers.
10. Quality issues with many product ranges and customer complaints are not heard.
11. ATR is part of culture and values (ATR Ask to Resign)
12. Some employees are doing their own business and Company is blind so ignores this fact.
13. Strategy changes in every next meeting. By the way, meetings are daily. Meeting starts after office hours.
14. Abusive language is their values and vision statement.
15. 24 employees fired in a day who were store executives. Entire HO sat on store selling products until new executives were hired.

Two times they have winded up their business and I think they are approaching towards 3rd time.
