I recently had a not-so-great experience with Mcdr. The website mcsd.com.eg was slow and unresponsive at times, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The customer service team did resolve my issue eventually, but it took longer than expected. I hope Mcdr improves their website's performance in the future.
