Would stay here again. Excellent location. It is connected to the Glorietta Mall and there are other shopping outlets and plenty of food choices within the area.

Update: Unfortunately, had to downgrade the rating from a 5 to a 3. The staff at the buffet breakfast need to be asked twice for coffee before they remember to serve you. Also, the housekeeping staff needs to undergo an improvement training.

1) The toilet rolls were not replaced every day and supply ran out once.
2) Tissue paper seemed to come in two types. Some were okay, while some had a coarse texture, which scrapes your skin.
3) Some of the smaller towels were not replaced after the used ones were taken away.
4) The cables from the iron were not neatly rolled back and left hanging messily in the cupboard for several days.
5) The hairdryer was not neatly placed back in the cloth cover after use.
6) The spring within the hairdryer was broken and the foldable section would not stay in place and kept collapsing down, so you have to hold it in place while using it.
7) The socket for the hairdryer was not working well and the hairdryer would stop working every few seconds.
