I've been shopping at Doggie Diamonds for quite some time now and I have to say, their service is just average. The website is easy to navigate, but the checkout process can be a bit slow at times. The quality of the products is decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an okay online pet store, but there are better options out there.
