Suzanne was an absolute gem! She was patient, honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love my engagement ring, it's PERFECT. She gave me a good trade in value for an old ring and her price was more than reasonable. I don't plan on buying diamonds from anyone else :)
