I recently visited Arndal spa & fitness and absolutely loved it! The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness classes were challenging and motivating. The sauna and steam rooms were a great way to relax after a workout. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend it.
