I do not recommend the Dialysis Center at LMH. Your qctual health, concerns nor comfort are any if the staffs concerns. They are uncaring of what the patient has to endure. The nursing staff talks about each patient to the other staff within view and earshot of patients. They humiliate the patients and are not concerned about the patients comfort in the least, which SHOULD be their first conern. In fact, one nurse actually stated to another patient, "Oh just buck up honey, it's not that bad." I have tried to work with Administration for years to resolve this issue and retrain the nursing staff but to no avail. If you experience this issue, I encourage you to report your issues to the Ohio Hospital Assn and NIAHO, the Hospital Accrediation Board. May God Bless those of you living with this disease.
