I recently had a not-so-great experience with Dakota s.a. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. They refused to replace the shoes or offer a refund. I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I will not be shopping at Dakota again.
