The big minus is the paid line of notification of the insured event. They systematically forget to send a letter of guarantee to the clinic, so in more than half of the cases you need to call again upon arrival at the clinic and ask to send it.
During the application for reimbursement, employees create a "quest": 1) send the documents to be completed; 2) when you fill in the documents and send them to the post office, they write off that the application looks different (there is a new form) and generally need to be sent to another postal address (but the documents were received and opened, if written off); 3) when it replaces the first page of the application and you send it to the desired e-mail, it turns out now they can't open the file, I send a link from which you can download the PDF file - they also can't go, I divide the file into 2 MB less - generally write off the letter without documents. The first time everything was normal, and then they started having some problems. That's just I always add another address to my hidden copies and somehow strange - there come full-fledged emails with all the files. And this is correspondence for a few days!
Extremely negative experience with them at this stage, I can not imagine what will happen next.
