I recently used the services of this company to transport some furniture to my new home. The overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to get a quote quickly, but the actual transportation process had a few hiccups. The customer service was polite and helpful, but the delivery was delayed by a day, which caused some inconvenience. The delivery team was professional and handled the items with care, but the delay was a bit disappointing. I appreciated that they kept me updated about the delivery status, but I felt that the delay could have been avoided with better planning. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the punctuality and coordination of the transportation process.
