I recently used this insurance broker for my car insurance and was quite impressed with their professional and attentive customer service. I found their website easy to navigate, and it provided all the necessary information I needed. However, I did feel that the quote they provided was a bit higher compared to other brokers I had checked with. 🤔 Additionally, it took a little longer than expected to process my policy, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the experience was average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. I may consider using them again in the future, but will also shop around for comparison.
