I bought a set of wheels from a company that I found online. The ordering process was simple, and the wheels arrived on time. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the wheels. There were visible scratches and dents on them. I contacted customer service, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly, but the overall experience was not as great as I expected.
