I made a one-time payment for six months and couldn't have regretted it more. Crossfit by itself is a great sport. Teaching it is not easy, but the real challenge comes from making the clients feel like they're cared for. Trevor failed at that. He never followed up with the nutrition plan after just one meeting. He never even responded to text messages in this regard. I politely asked for my money back after my company moved me to a new place a few months ago. He never responded to that either. Was I the best at showing up? No. Was I the best at following the WOD's? No. Then again, that's what a "COACH" is for. Would not recommend this place for beginners.
