Well, they put forth absolutely zero effort to stop people from illegally smoking weed inside. We went to see Judas Priest, and within 5 minutes of the opening act two people next to me sparked dubes. There are kids there, old people, people like me who are "allergic" to it (triggers my panic disorder), and security just shrugs when I complain.

It's endemic of all arenas, Rogers Arena being even worse. That said, the Guest Services staff gave us a full refund, which was very kind of them.

If they have a policy of "no smoking, no drugs", they sure don't care to enforce it. It also rests on the stoners who don't care who they effect. We all paid hundreds of dollars to be here, so why does their desire to smoke weed trump my right to health and safety? So inconsiderate. 5/5 stars for customer service, 1/5 stars for respect of customer safety, so 3/5 stars
