I also worked at FMG, and collaborated with Corbin Grimes from time to time.
The real positives at FMG were crystal clear to me:

Mark Morgan- VP/Co-Founder: Mark is a "class-act";pedigree business acumen along with a great sense of humor. He's the guy that sells the real talent on accepting a position at FMG, and the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I know others shared my sentiment as well.

Rick Friedrichs-Sales Leader: He's genuine. He cares and always makes time for anyone who may need his assistance. His work ethic is unsurpassed. Rick is a true "no excuses" kind of guy.

Kraig Landers-Sales Dvlpmnt: A true professional that's well spoken, friendly and smart.

Jennifer W-Sales: always a smile on her face and willing to help anyone at anytime; oh, and she's also smart and well-spoken.

Take a close look at the "Our Team" photos and you'll notice, if you look VERY closely, one that is not in my list above....uh huh,ya.
I've never been involved with an organization that had, at it's helm, an individual that would ever consider it appropriate to scream at the top of his lungs at an individual with whom he doesn't share a dissenting opinion. If you're an individual that can look past, tolerate and ignore meatheads that thrive on bullying, you'll love FMG.
