I bought lenovo T450 with this buyer on shopee (order ID : 2009075K8Y9WTS).

It was really an awful experience ill give it 0 rating if I can on shopee but seems the seller shop is no longer there upon search.

The laptop screen turn black with lines after moderate usage. I report it and were ask to go to the shop for repairs with warranty.. went there all the way to low yat plaza from Melaka but upon reaching the shop is not even there and was asked to go to Plaza Imbi instead!! That was not all upon reaching they refuse to look at the laptop as shop is closing at 7pm and I reached there at 645pm. Fine, I book place to stay and went there on the morning!! Again it was very disappointing as they said they were not able to fix it and need to direct it to their technician. The process will took 7 days to get it fixed. When ask why it took so long, they said they dont know and ask us if we want to go back with the laptop without fixes!! Still we choose to fix it and now it has been 7 days and we have not yet received our laptop till now

[updates after 3 week] from the comment below you can see that the owner its not helping at all. I have mention that using that warranty we have already visited the repair centre still not resolving the issue. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not received the laptop. Computron IT market is giving a lot of excuse such as.. screen has not arrived.. after 2 weeks screen have arrived but now Imbi Plaza is closed so they cant do their job.. Seriously think many times before buying with this seller. Dont be the next victim
