Citiconsult is an average company to work with. The services they provide are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I found their website user-friendly and the information easy to understand. The staff was helpful and responsive, answering all my queries promptly. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support. Overall, a decent experience.
