The close deal with the client, it shows that they are cyclists and knows very well what they talk about and what they do.
In my case, I think I was the first client of Biomechanics and everything was great, interview, taking of initial values, adjustments, recommendations to improve performance (in my case a longer power) and a dossier with the information.
And since we were there, to test the workshop I left the bike for a brake adjustment. I have to say that everything has been great.
