Adams is very responsive. On Jan 20, 2018 I placed an order for Full Ceramic Bearings and there is a known wait of ~40 days which is fine by me.

The only oddity is that today, Jan 24, I received complimentary steel bearings but the printed invoice indicates they are 'Adams Full Ceramics'. In addition, the website indicates the order is fulfilled. I've contacted Adam to see if the site could be updated to show my 'Full Ceramic Bearings' order is *unfulfilled*. I'll modify or replace this review pending that clarification.

Received full ceramic bearings without incident. Definitely will use Adam's Inline again.
