Phantastic! Very friendly employees, great brunch buffet, awesome diner (I recommend to get the half board) and it's so kids friendly, albeit it's a high tier hotel. Seems like all guests are relaxed and don't bother kids. There is a small ski area right next to it. The hotel even makes his own ice rink, where you can have a lot of fun. The hamam is beautiful and the outdoor sauna is a great place for two to enjoy the heat and loneliness (only two people are allowed there and it's hidden from sight).
