Our experience with Kitchen, Bath and Floors USA was average. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but the customer service can definitely be improved. The installation team arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated timeframe. However, there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after the installation, which took longer than expected. Overall, it was an okay experience.
