I had a mixed experience with Tropical Fresh alimentos s/a. The quality of their products is generally good, but their customer service needs improvement. There were a few instances where my order was delayed or incorrect, and it was frustrating to deal with their support team. However, when everything goes smoothly, their products are fresh and delicious. It's a hit or miss with this company.
