I've been practicing yoga for a few years now and have tried various studios, but The Yoga Factory is by far the best. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere. The studio is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for each participant. The variety of classes is impressive, catering to all skill levels and preferences. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized after each class. Highly recommended!
