I have been a member at CAC from its inception. The quality of service provided by the club is superior. The staff is exceptional. I have been a regular participant of the group fitness classes offered by Michelle, Tara and Sydney who makes the classes impactful and fun. As a busy professional working uptown this club has been a great fit for me.
