I've been a customer of Teraoka Seiko for several years now and I must say, their products are of great quality. The durability and accuracy of their scales have never disappointed me. Their customer service is exceptional as well. Whenever I have an issue or need assistance, they are prompt in addressing my concerns. Overall, I would rate Teraoka Seiko as great.
