A one stop shop. Not only do they sell parts but they also service OKI Data printers. I brought my printer over because I had warranty with OKI Data, and the company (Oki) recommended Impact. It's funny because I've been doing business with Impact over 2 years already, and had no idea I can get the printer serviced there. Ralph is extremely knowledgeable and had the printer ready in about 10 minutes
