After deciding that it was about time that I "pop the question" I knew i needed the perfect ring. I shopped around from one end of Pittsburgh to the other, but never saw what i needed. She took my crummy photo and presented it to their team and got to work. A few days later they had a CAD image of the ring i wanted. We made adjustments where we saw fit. After i approved the final drawing they did their magic and just a few short weeks later I had the PERFECT, one of a kind ring.
