We moved into a Unit on a tuesday and were given a 3 day window to complete out condition of unit sheet . The apartment was in a terrible state
There was even food left from a previous tenant. There was paint and soackling on the floor. We had 2 parking passes on our lease, but they tried to just give us one and pay for the other. On the 3rd day I went to turn in our sheet. The office was closed due to covidm i called the office multiple times throughout the day and got no response. I emailed the sheet and also got no response. On the 4th day after moving in, we realized our garbage disposal literally doesnt work. Has never worked since we moved in the the 1st. We called emergency matience and got NO ANSWER. Also, our bathroom door doesnt latch.

Also we swear that they have shrunk our closet since we last saw the apartment. I feel like I am getting scammed. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
