I have been a customer of Globe telecommunications, inc. for a few years now and I must say that their service has been average. The network coverage is decent in most areas, but there are still some dead zones. The internet speed is also just okay, it could definitely be improved. The customer service is helpful, but the response time can be a bit slow. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
