I was introduced to Janice Crosby by an ex colleague. I had met with other recruting companies larger then Taylor Hodson but none of them compare to this firm! Janice helped me tweak my resume, gave me great insights personally and professionally. Within a month, Janice had me going into a few interviews all of which were great companies. At the end, Janice and Minerva helped me land a wonderful role and I'm so thankful to them. They are kind, considerate, smart and care about you.
