The check in very slow, a lot of the rooms do not ...

The check in very slow, a lot of the rooms do not facilitate them until very late at 4:00 PM and still without a room and they do not provide us with information. The staff makes no effort to help us when we have arrived since 10:00 in the morning.
Very bad service.
