When i smacked a deer on November 18th, 2019, I had no idea what it was going to take to get my car fixed. Seeing as I have never had to make a claim of this nature before, I truly expected the worst. First I called my insurance company and had a little bit of an issue but over all, not bad. After that, I contacted Carters and spoke with Erin. Erin was AWESOME! She took the time to explain every detail of the insurance process as well as gave me a detailed timeline of events that would take place in the repair process. When the repair was complete, Chris called me and let me know all went great and I could pick up my car at any time. The entire process was fast and painless.
