The internet status is usually pretty good, but cuts out sometimes. I just call Kayla she goes above and beyond to help her customers!! They can't fix the issues if we don't report them!! Filed work order without me asking. You can hear the empathy in her voice!! Best customer service I've had in a long time from anywhere. Kayla is why I continue to get my services from Eagle, and always will!! She definitely needs a raise!! Thank you for your time Kayla!!
