I had an average experience at this salon. The staff were friendly but not overly attentive. The salon itself was clean, but the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. My stylist did an okay job with my haircut, but it didn't wow me. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm not sure if I would return.
