I had a decent experience with a prosthetics and orthotics company. The service was acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. The quality of the products was average, and I found them to be priced higher than competitors. They did provide good customer support and answered my questions promptly. It would be beneficial if they offered more customization options for their products.
