The actual company who does the in-house cafeteria is Salt Creek Catering, whose owner is in the kitchen and around the building daily. This is by far the most excellent food I've had for these prices in a while. Entrees/Burgers/Salads can run from 5-8 dollars and are pretty top quality. There are only 2 options for entree but you can always order anything off of the grill including chicken, salmon, veggie burger, bacon etc. It is VERY crowded and tight though and only open for lunch from 11am-130pm. Expect to invade some personal spaces to get some great cheap food.
