Visited the A&E in this hospital a couple of times...

Visited the A&E in this hospital a couple of times and I find it quite shocking. It is so unbelievably dirty and the staff are not polite at all. A stark difference from The Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead (my local hospital) where you always leave reassured and the waiting time is only the bare minimum. Avoid unless necessary (like in my case).
