Never thought I would write a positive review for a debt collector but my experience with PF&W was certainly a positive one. I had a lot fo anxiety prior to calling them to satisfy outstanding debt and was pleasantly and happily surprised by the rep's (Michael P.) kind, courteous and professional manner. He was patient, understanding and responsive to my questions, concerns and calls. If you are hesitant in contacting P, F & W to handle your debt, don't be. You will be happy and relieved once you do!
